Solution... (At least for Turkish locale!)

I don't know why, but if the installer tries to use 'Turkish' as wizard language, it fails with error code 1606. Installer does not ask which language will be used by default. I have changed the following setting and it worked.

- Extract the installation files in a folder,
- Edit setup.ini file,
- Change the line "EnableLangDlg=N" as "EnableLangDlg=Y",
- Save it and re-run setup.exe,
- Now, it will ask the wizard language. Select English as installshield language.

It may fix the problem with other locales.
